New York, NY - On Friday, June 17th, His Grace Bishop Dr Mitrophan (Kodic) celebrated Divine Liturgy at St George Serbian Orthodox Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey. 

This day is of great significance to His Grace as it is his namesday, the feast of St Mitrophan, the First Patriarch of Constantinople.

His Grace Bishop Dr Mitrophan served with Rev Zoran Radovic of St George before departing for New York City where he visited the remains of St Sava Cathedral. 

May the Lord God grant His Grace Bishop Dr Mitrophan, Bishop of Eastern America and Bishop-Elect of Canada, many years of faithful service in the Lord’s vineyard!
